Church Properties
Despite our churches falling under a United Benefice, there are very distinctive features of the two parishes. There is a rich tapestry of historical information regarding most aspects of certain properties owned by the churches. When talking about these assets, it is impossible to exclude the fascinating chronological backgrounds that revolve around them, which makes for excellent reading for keen historians and enthusiasts.
However it is important to note that these pages are not exclusively about the historical interest, but also, where appropriate, how these venues are relevant today and how we incorporate them into the busy and vibrant workings of everyday church life.
If you feel you can contribute any information that others will find useful, we look forward to hearing from you. Similarly if you wish to find out anymore about any of these properties, please get in touch, and we will point you in the direction of a local historian whose expert and specialist knowledge should be able to answer your questions.
